Security approach
Layered protection for your screen network.
Different controls protect each step, from account sign-in to content delivery on an authorised screen.
Identity and sessions
Passwords are protected in a non-reversible form. Server-validated sessions expire and can be ended centrally when needed.
Role-based access
Owner, admin, member, and viewer roles separate who can work with locations, content, and platform operations.
Organisation boundaries
Business data is queried in organisation context. Screen, media, and publishing access is checked against the relevant customer and location.
Request protection
State-changing account actions verify request origin. Public forms use validation and abuse protection.
Audit trail
Authorised operational actions, security-relevant events, and support activity are recorded for review.
Backup and recovery
Database and media backups are handled separately. Integrity checks and restore rehearsals test whether a backup is actually usable.
Production security
The controls work together.
Encrypted connections, secure sessions, access boundaries, regular backups, and monitoring work together in production.
This page is not a claim of certification, an independent audit, or a penetration test. We review organisation-specific security questions and requested evidence during setup.
