Terms of Use
These general rules apply to people who create a MyEkran account or use the service.
Service-provider information
- Brand / business name
- MyEkran
Professional-body information is shown where applicable.
Verified business details will appear here once complete.
Accounts and authority
Registration details must remain accurate and current. The account owner is responsible for protecting sign-in details and for the roles granted within the organisation. MyEkran may end sessions or request additional verification when unauthorised access is suspected.
Responsibility for content
The customer is responsible for the accuracy, rights, and legal compliance of every image, video, message, price, promotion, and QR destination uploaded to the service. Malicious code, unlawful content, and material that infringes another party’s rights are prohibited.
Plans, fees, and tax
Current standard limits and fees appear on the pricing page. Where direct online payment is available, the checkout shows the amount charged, the pre-tax subtotal, and VAT separately, and the provider’s plan price matches the VAT-inclusive total. A subscription begins only after successful provider approval. Renewal, cancellation, and any trial are governed by the terms shown before the transaction.
Reasonable use and limits
Screen, location, team-member, and media limits apply according to the selected plan. Automation, unauthorised scanning, reverse engineering, or excessive resource use that threatens the service or other customers may be restricted.
Service continuity
Planned maintenance, security events, internet failures, and third-party provider outages can affect the service. Features may be updated to preserve safe operation. Any committed support target or service level must be stated separately in a signed commercial agreement.
Suspension and termination
Access may be limited for payment delay, a security risk, or a serious breach, subject to applicable notice and remediation steps. After termination, data export and deletion follow the relevant agreement and data-processing addendum.
